How to add a document to Quality Center 9.0

How can i add a document (for example : test plan document) to quality center 9.0 ?

We can add document to Quality Center through Test Plan Tab, where we

1)Select New Test Case
2)Add steps under it

O'wise if you want to attach any document then we can attach any document through attachment option.

You can go to the Test tab and create a folder for the current project and create sub folders according to the requirements or modules and then under each sub folder you can create Manual Test cases and also automated Scripts.
