RE: Software Quality Gap
Though I am not quite sure but I think that the Software quality gap should be the difference in the number of defects found in system testing and found by the users.

We can also say that when a product does not meet the customers expectations due to defects then this is called quality gap. You can translate this into software terms.

Hi,I'm a QA/QC Analyst for a software company. We are currently doing a project that requires an ERP solution for it's requirements.
