How to use AlwaysVisibleControlExtender ?

The AlwaysVisibleControlExtender will make a  control to be pinned to a particular location.
For example: When a control is set to be present always at the left corner of the page, it will be so in the prescribed left and right co-ordinates.
This will apply whenever the page is resized or scrolled.
