T-Code are Transactional Codes in SAP,  it facilitates the quick navigation to a particular screen by entering the T-code for that transaction in the textbox provided on left side top corner.  The standard practice is to enter /nTcode for e.g /nRSA1 will take you directly to the Data warehouse workbench which could have required few more clicks if we decide to traverse through main menu tree.

Some T-code and their description is as follows:

TCode        Description
RSA1          Data Warehouse Workbench
SLWA         Language Translation Enviroment
ST13          Analysis And Service Tolls LaunchPad
SU01         User Maintenance
RSA2         Data Source Repository
RSA3         Extractor Checker S-API
RSA5         Installation Of DataSource from Bussiness Content
RSA6         PostProcess DataSources & Hierarchy
RSA7         BW Delta Queue Maintenance
SE38         Abap Editor
RSO2        Maintain Generic DataSources
SE11         Abap Dictionary

You can get T-code for any screen you want, just go to the screen through menu traversing, in toolbar menu select
system->status->in that you can see SAP DATA->Repository Data->Transaction
You will find T-Code for that particular screen.

T-Code are Transactional Codes in SAP it will quick navigate to a particular screen.

We will find all the T-codes, on the following steps,

Got to SE16(t-code)
then type TSTC on bar
then executive, and again.
If U need any specfic t-code, for example: like RSA1, then after the tstc executive,
type R*,it will show all the t-code followed by R.
