How to create connection for source flat file? Which session properties need to be changed?

I have to load data from DB2 flat file to MS SQL Server target tables.

In the session Mapping properties select the source file and specify the path where it is residing.

It will save in Informatica Server below path:

c:Informatica9.0.1serverinfa_sharedSrcFiles
