Remember the words. "Not all fingers are the same size" and  "You cannot please evryone!"

So the most difficult part of a supervisor job is to get things done within the allocated budget, time and acceptable quality.

More the number of people in your team more are the chances of you  messing the show. divide and rule (not like the british!, but maintain smaller groups and manage them)

In whatever you do. Keep the solutions simple. and monitor the work constantly after all you are a supervisor. there is no point in saying "Who moved my Cheese?" later.

It is said "Trust in God, but Lock you car !!!" so when you delegate tasks to you team member keep them motivated, close to you heart and love them and nuture them and try supervise them in order to teach them responsibility.
