Once you give your dataset name
Give "Q" in the selection Criteria Usage

You will get a screen like this

Under each field you have to specify the position number and length of your key or field name then give your search value under Datavalue

This will get your exact record

Step 1 :- Use Browse Mode F or V.
Step 2 :- Record Layout usage S, provide the record layout and selection criteria usage as 'T' and Enter
Step3 :- you will see the record layout. Here provide the contraint and press F3 twise.
