Assume that Y is the distance from A to B and X is the velocity.

y/x + 3/4 = 30/x + (y-30)/(4x/5)    // '3/4' means 3/4 hour(45 min).
y/x + 3/5 = 45/x + (y-45)/(4x/5)    // '3/5' means 3/5 hour(36 min).

The answer is
x = 25(km/h), y = 105(km)
