RE: How do you introduce a new software QA Process?
Introducing a new software qa process depends on the organisation size
the complexity of the project the project model.

For small organisations which have small scale projects more ad hoc aproach would be suitable and they may not be interested in introducing the processes.

However if thye want to introduce it then a formal testing process should be roled out throught the organisation so that all the developers are aware of the importance of QA and Qc and make sure that they understand the difference between them.

It could be first tried out on a less complex project and could be rolled out later to ohter projects as well.
