First pour 5 liter of water in 3 liter container .... now you will have 2 liter remaning in 5 liter...now empty the 3 liter and fill it with 2 liter from the 5 lit container..... now take 5 liter and pour one more liter to 3 liter container ...now you are left with 4 liter in 5 liter container

first  fill 5 litre vessel  half by placing it diagonally.now it contains 2.5 litres.then fill 3 litre vessel like this.now 3 litre vessel contains 1.5 litre.pore the water in 3 litre vessel(ie;1.5 litre ) to 5 litre vessel.therefore 5litre vessel now contains 4 litres.then pore the remaing water to 3 litre vessel.

first fill 5ltr bucket with 4ltrs n den 3 ltr bucket wit rest water

1)fill 5 litre can and pour in to 3 litre can. so we have 3 litre can filled and 2 litres in 5 litre can.
2)now empty 3 litre can and pour the 2 litres from 5 litre can,so 3 litre can has 2 litres and 5 litre can is empty

3)fill 5 litre can and pour into 3 litre can till it is filled, that is 1 litre is poured into 3 litre can and so 5 litre can has 4 litres in it. hence the solution.

1) First take 3 liter of water in 3 liter bucket and pour this into 5 liter bucket.
2) If you are trying to do the same again, you will have one liter water in 3 liter bucket and the 5 liter bucket is filled.
3) Empty the 5 liter bucket and transfer the 1 liter water in 3 liter bucket to 5 liter bucket.
4) Repeat the 1st point.
5) Now you will have 4 liter water in 5 liter bucket.

first pour 3 litres into 3 ltr can. then empty the 3ltrs into another container .
Pour the remaining 2ltr into 3ltr can.
now mark on the 3 litr can so that the mark shows 2ltr from the bottom.
pour the 2ltrs into the 5 ltr can again fill the 3 ltr can with 2 ltr upto the mark and pour it into the 5 ltr can
hence now the 5 ltr can consists of 4 ltrs

1>Fill 3L can with water and pour it in 5l can.

2>again fill 3l can and pour it in 5l can.
3>now 1l remains in 3l can.
4>empty 5l can
5>pour water from 3l can 2 5l can.
6>again fill 3l can and empty it in 5l can.
now 5l can has 4l of water.

First fill 3 ltr bucket full then pour it to 5 ltr bucket. Again fill 3 ltr bucket fully and pour it to 5 ltr bucket so that 5 ltr bucket is full and 3 ltr bucket is left out with 1 ltr of water, Now empty 5 ltr bucket completely by pouring water back to reservior. Now pour 1 ltr of water in to 5 ltr bucket. Now 5 ltr bucket has 1 ltr of water now fill 3 ltr water in 3 ltr bucket and pour it in to 5 ltr bucket.
Now we are left out with 4 ltr water in that bucket.

Thx

1) Fill 3L bucket and pour it to the 5L bucket
- now 3L bucket is empty and 5L bucket has space for 2 more ltrs
2) Fill 3L bucket again - Pour the water from 3L to 5 L bucket till the 5L bucket gets full( that is ading 2 ltr).
- Now the 3L bucket has exactly one litr in it.

1.Keep the 5lit bucket full and 3lit bucket empty.
2. Now pour water into the 3 lit bucket from the 5lit bucket and full it. 3.Now we will hav remaining 2lit of water in 5lit bucket and 3lit of water in 3lit bucket.
4.So take the 3 lit bucket and pour some water out to make the same level of the 5lit bucket(which contains 2lit of water).
5.Then after obtain the same level of water, pour all the water into the 5lit bucket. Now we will have 4 lit of water in 5lit bucket :)

First of all fill 3 lit bucket, pour it in 5 lit bucket, again fill 3 lit bucket, pour it in 5 lit bucket.. 5 lit bucket will get filled with 2 lit of water, 1 liter water remain in 3 lit bucket...
remove all water from 5 lit bucket, pour 1 lit water from 3 lit bucket in 5 lit bucket.. Now fill 3 lit bucket with water, pour that water in 5 lit bucket.. thus we will get 4 lit water..

1)Please fill 5 L bucket completely.
2)Pour water of 5 L bucket to 3 L till it filled completely. now we will have 3 liters in 3 bucket and 2 liters in 5 L Bucket.
3)Pour 2 Liters in 3 Liters bucket. and 5 Liters bucket will be empty.
4) Now completely fill 5 L Bucket. and Pour water in 3 L bucket as it already had 2 liters water, we will be able to pour only 1 liter.
5)Now we left with 4 Liters water in 5 Liter bucket.

Hence Derived.

5L 3L = Main Container
5 3 = 8
5 0 = 3
2 3 = 3
0 3 = 5
3 0 = 5
3 3 = 2
5 1 = 2
0 1 = 7

Ill post my idea too because Iam the first one to solve the problem on that way I think. This will only work if you have another bucket with the 5 litre at the beginning. So this is how I would do it:
1. Put the 3 litre bucket into the 5 litre bucket -> Space between 3 litre bucket and 5 litre bucket = 2 litre
2. fill the Space between them with water
3. pull out the 3 litre bucket and fill the remaining 2 litre from the 5 litre bucket in it
4. put the 3 litre bucket with the 2 litre of water back in the 5 litre bucket
5. fill the space between them again
6. pull out the 3 litre bucket and fill the 2 litre from it in the 5 litre bucket
7. now you have 4 litre in the 5 litre bucket
I think this answer wont count because we only have 2 buckets but i wanted to show it to you.

First fill the 3L container and pour the whole water int 5L container. Then again fill the 3L and completely fulfill the 5L container. Now you are left with 1 liter water in the 3L container. Now empty the 5L container completely and pour that remaining 1 liter water from 3L container. Finally fill the 3L container and pour it into 5L container. You will get 4liter water in 5L container. 3+3=6; 6-5=1; 1+3=4

Turn containers 45 degree and a get them half-filled: 2.5+1.5=4. It depends on their shape, but still, I liked this variant

Step 1: Fill the 5 Ltr bucket.

Step 2: Pour the 5 Ltr bucket to 3 Ltr bucket now 5 Ltr bucket has 2 Ltr of water.

Step 3: Empty the 3 Ltr bucket and pour 2 Ltr remain from 5 Ltr bucket to 3 Ltr. Now 3 Ltr bucket has 2 Ltr of water and 5 Ltr bucket is empty.

Step 4: Fill the 5 Ltr bucket again and pour to 3 Ltr bucket which has already 2 Ltr of water now 5 Ltr bucket has 4 Ltr of water and 3 Ltr bucket has 3 Ltr of water.

Fill 3 liters tank with water and pour into 5 liters tank than do it again the whole process. There will be 1 liters water in 3 liters tank. Now 5 liters tanks make it empty after that put the remaining water of 3 liters. Now fill it again 3 liters tanks and pour into 5 liters tanks
Steps 5 Liters 3 Liters
1 0 3
2 3 0
3 3 3
4 5 1
5 0 1
6 1 0
7 1 3 = 1 + 3 = 4
8 4 0
