HI,
      The only difference between peer review and One to one review is that in the Later the Reviewer Sits with you for Reviewing...though...in Peer review the Reviewer do it offline and give comments.

Peer review is a formal review process having Manager,Moderator,Reader,Recorder whereas One to one is informal type
