Can we export testcases from excel sheet without downloading Excel add-in to the Test director?

Yes - Create an script/excel macro using TestDirector/QC API's to do this. But make sure you have accessed TestDirector atleast once on the client machine before you execute the macro/script (This will load TD API's on client machine).

Cud u explain the procedure step by step of hw to export test cases from excel sheet to TD without downloading Excel add-in to the Test director.
