Hi ,

Test director 4 tabs or modules are there

1.Requirements
2.Test plan
3.Test lab
Defects

Requirements - Define requirements and prepare traceability matrix
Test plan- What we have Test cases and Test scripts we store there
Tree format is there, right click on create Test script, Test cases
Test lab - Test case result -Pass, Fail , No run etc
Defects - We raise defects

By creating folders. For Eg: Add all positive tests to one folder and -neg tests to another folder or Splitting tests for each module by creating folders.
