When we selecting the dynamic  cache in look up transformation the informatica server create the new look up row port,  it will indicates the numeric value wheather the informatica server inserts, updates or makes no changes to the look up cashe and if u associate a sequence id the informatica server create a sequence id for newly inserted records.
