What are the 3 major steps involved in setting up Siebel Communications Management software?
(1) Install the Siebel Server Software (making sure the Communications Management component group is installed and enabled) (2) Enable session communications on the AOM (do this on each AOM that is to support users who need the communications toolbar & other interactive session communications functionality) (3) Configure each Siebel Communications Server server component (in the Communications Management group) that you require

Hi,I tried to log in, in our Siebel development environment, but it does not work. Yesterday I have logged in for some time. But when I tried to login again later on, it does not work any more. Currently i'm working on performance benchmarking for which i'm planning to use LoadRunner for Siebel 7.7 Application . Basically i need to capture few statistics ( viz. Response Time,CPU Time) for the order which we create in siebel from the XMLs that we receive from HUB (other Component) which internally communicates with Siebel using MQ Series. We need to record the response time and CPU Time while the record gets created in Siebel for the respective XML received from HUB SystemHub/Flow
