At 6pm wall clock has right time 5pm at 6pm
table clock has right time 5.20pm at 6pm
alarm clock has right time 5.10pm at 6pm
wrist watch 7 at 5.40pm

In 1 hour wall clock loses 10 mins & table clock is 10 mins ahead ie., wall clock shows 50mins in 1 hr & table clock shows 60mins. so in same 1 hr table clock'll show 60 mins & alarm clock will show 55mins as it is 5mins behind & at the same time wrist watch shows 60mins as it is 5mins ahead of alarm clock. hence the wrist watch is neither losing time nor gaining time for any period so the ans is 6pm.
