A family has several children. Each boy in this family has as many sisters as brothers but each girl has twice as many brothers as sisters. Find How many brothers and sisters are in the Family?

The answer must be four brothers and three sisters so that each son will have three sisters and three brothers which is equal in number whereas each girl will have two sisters and four brothers which is twice the number of the sisters.
