Hello everyone, can any plz help me to solve this question.... i need the approach that is used to solve it.. A man was on his way to a marriage in a car with a constant speed. After 2 hours one of the tier is punctured and it took 10 minutes to replace it. After that they traveled with a speed of 30 miles/hr and reached the marriage 30 minutes late to the scheduled time. The driver told that they would be late by 15 minutes only if the 10 minuteswas not waste. Find the distance between the two towns? Ans. 120 milesplz plz plz plz ...... reply me wit a solution... thankx prince arora

i think the appproach is releated lik tis...

actually if the tire is not punc. they hav to go just 10 min. sooner

but it is given that they may go 15 min sooner. therefore the velocity before tyre puncture d i s more than 30m/hr and they go by that vel. throughout th e total distance.

we hav to find the velocity.
