Hi friends, I am goin for an intreview to IBS company on 07.08.06, can anyone help me out with its question papers and to which book should i refer to?

its full of flowchart. and also the company have only 1000 employees now. the test is very difficult.

They asked first some flowcharts, and i can remember one question.

puzzle type question is given.And below that they are given some conditions.

The question is like some carpets,pets,cars,building block&people are given.

The answer is ,

people       pet       carpet    floor    car

Indian        Dog       Red       Gnd     lancer

American   Rabbit    blue      1st    Mitz

Pakitani     Monkek   Gray     Top    scarpio.

i'm doing final it in K.S.R college of engg last week wednesday i attend the campus interview in mahendra engg college the company as IBS.the written test should b very difficult because they ask only the logical reasoning questions in type of flowchart without practicin can't slove that questions and also in ppt they say bond for 2years.
