both of above two connects to COGNOS CONNECTION to run, view and manage contents:

  • cognos viewer - view reports
  • cognos office connection - cognos content on MS office
  • metric studio - monitor performance
  • query studio - create queries
  • analysis studio - analuse items in business data
  • event studio - monitor events
