FDLC may be Full Development Life Cycle/Feature Development Life Cycle

Full development life cycle is similar to SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle).I think it may be more elaborate and detailed oriented than SDLC.Rather than this i am not able to differentiate FDLC & SDLC.

As i think FDLC related to 'Functional design life cycle'.

Actully one functional design can consists of several stages and phases. sometime it is parellel activity of the coding and testing. In it, simulataneously technical design and function design is taken care by the Developper side and Tester side respectively.

It may be elaborated much more.
