The answer is 0.53 miles.

because, A is moving at a speed of 10 miles in 2 hrs, so in 4 min he will travel 0.33 miles.

and B will cover another 0.2 mile in 4 min., as he is travelling with a speed of 6 miles per 2 hrs.

therefore distance between them is 0.33+0.2=0.53 miles

first person goes 10 miles in 120 minutes

he will go 10/120in 1 minute and 10/120*4=10/30 mile in4 minute

same as for second person he will go 6/120*4=6/30 miles in 4 minute

so distance between them is 10/30+6/30=16/30=.533 miles

Person A moves at 10/120 miles/min
Person B moves at 6/120 miles/min

After 2 hrs, the distance b/w them is 6+10=16miles
After the next 4min, the distance is

                  16+ (10/120)*4  +(6/120)*4
                 =16+(1/3)+(1/5)
                 =16 + 8/15
                  =16.533
