I feel the best way to develop the business scenarios is taking inputs from the Business Analyst. BA?s are the people who would have the first hand information because they would develop the business requirement document based on the inputs given by the stake holders, business managers and users. In simple words, they would have taken the requirements from the people who would ?use? the system DAILY.
