        There is no particular bug tracking tool. It will vary from company to company. In my company they are using Bugzilla. In some comp use TD, Service Point, manita1.0.1, Test Team, etc..

Test Management tools should satisfy the following conditions:
1. Test Plan
2. Test Design
3. Test Execution
4. Test Evaluation(logging defects purpose)

The best example for "Test Management tool" is 'Mercury Quality Center' - It is also called as 'Test Director'. Now adays all 'Mercury tools' renamed as 'HP tools'. Now it is called as 'HP Quality Center'.

But 'Rational Clear Quest' is not a 'Test Management tool' because it will not satisfy - 1. Test Plan
2. Test Design
3. Test Execution

It satisfies only Defect logging purpose, so it is used as Defect tracking only. Correct me, if it is wrong.
