Hello, i have pass my degree IT in 2003 and presently working in h/w side so, i wan to switch in to s/w side , i know java well, but i have no any hand on experiance.

Building a Career as a Hardware Engineer is not a bad choice.
It is as good and exciting as building a career in software industry.
Better improve your Hardware Skills, you can do well in time.
It will be difficult to climb down in your career and build it up again in a different path....
