Like: Finding faults with the code and driving an application to perfection. 
Dislikes: There is nothing that I can state as my dislike for my role as a tester.

Like: carrying out testing with limited resources,limited time and limited effort and uncovering bugs is a very challenging & creative task.

like:it's very interesting,challenging by thinking about the application in the end user's perception. it is interesting that we are doing destructive work but in the long term it is a consructive work.

It is very chalenging, you need to think a lot, although it is destructive from the point of view of a developer but very constructive after the found bugs are resolved.

Likes : Always challenging and get a chance to learn new things and major is creativity or imagination power increases.

Dislikes: Occur problems in the relationship with the devlopers.

It is very importent job in testing. Because, It shall be quality product to the customer depending on the scrutinising. In this job, We are ready to face so many risks challeges. Who have to interest to face these kinds of risks and challeges, then that person is able to do any kind of work in testing.

This is a very good question!

Likes:
1) Being part of a team that is striving for the same outcome.
2) Having a significant impact on the quality of product and services.
3) Being a customer advocate.
4) Using my imagination to discover problems in a system.
5) Helping others learn and grow in the profession.

Dislikes:
1) The frustration caused by having to compromise and settle for a level of quality that doesn't meet my own standards in order to accommodate other business needs.
2) The frustration caused when obvious internal process improvements are not considered worthwhile and implemented. 
3) Having to sometimes deal with enormously inflated egos.
4) Losing trust and/or confidence in some people.

I like testing beacuse I have to think in both positive and negative ways on the application.
negative means breakthrough attitude.
As a tester I can't depend on any technology.
I can test the application which is prepared using any technology.
