Let the pop be 100%, 40%  read paper, 65% watched tv and 25% did both.

so, p(a union B)= p(a)+p(b)-p(a and b)  => 65+40-25 => 105-25 = 80

total pop- those who do either of these = 100 -80 = 20% ANS
