xplainations:
volume of cone 1/3*pi*r*r*h. ---(1)
height h increased by 50%. so increase is h/2. New height h+h/2=3h/2.
so new volume= 1/3*3h/2*r2=h/2*r*r.----(2)
increase in volume=(2)-(1)=h/6*pi*r*r.-----(3)
so percent increase is =(3)/(1)*100=h/6*3/h*100=50%
