Design basket ball post

A basketball post is to be constructed.height 10 ft and it has to offset 10 ft from the main post preffered to use round tube hollow steel tubes .can you give me some suggetions on shapes(how to cantilever the 10ft portion)member sizes etc it has to support weight of a player (100kg)

Experts,
Whether the PCC is required for instrument support concrete block. the size of block is 550x350 sqmm.,
structural support will be minimum 10 kgs and junction box will minimum 2 kgs.
