On AIX You can use
    groups    -To Display full list
    id -G      - To display group id number
On Solaris you can use
    groups   - To display full list
    id -a      - To diaplsy full list of groups with group id numbers

# id -a -: This will display all the group those are belonging to you and also it will display group ID.

dispgid - Used to list all groups

groups - Used to display default groups.
