Hi Guys Recently I faced few interviews where they keep asking me this question, how do you justify Involvement of testing team in initial project planning stages OR Do you think this helps tester in any way while spending time on this . Please provide best of your knowledge Thanks in advance

Testing team should also include from the initial phase of the project, for ex:, planning stage. This gives them a good idea about the project and it helps them in writing test cases.
