1. Check for the IMA service state of the server where it has been installed and published
2. If any other application is published on the server, if yes is they to have the issue in launching
3. If have issue with all applications with the server, then restart the IMA service and try launching
4. if restart of IMA service not helped then recreate the LHC thorugh DSMAINT command
5. Check for connectivity between server & Datastore, if required re-established it
