Document requirement

What type of documents are required to make accounting of any firm i.e. vehicle tracking system,they sell and purchase vehicle parts by applying 5%vat,and I want to make accounting of their firm,but I dont know exactly what type of document require for it,and the 1 step to make it.please help me what to do?
