Columns : Supplier id , supplier name
(Supplier ID, supplier name as Primary Key)
Supplier Site Details
Columns : Supplier name , site, street, city, state
(Supplier name as foreign Key)
Supplier Contact Person Details
Columns : Supplier name, contact person, contact person phone no
