1.In Calendar Properties window click on Permission tab

2. Then Click on Add button to add user you want to share this calendar. Type the name in the Search dialog box. When name is found select it and click on Add & then click OK.

3. Give Permission level to the user by clicking on the right arrow.

4. If you want to enter more names, repeat Step 2, otherwise click Apply then OK to save changes.
