Find out the ip of printer
Ping the ip from manager system. If it is successfull go to no issue with cables and then go to settings re-configure the printer.

If others are able to print, than there is no need to ping IP of the printer, either you can check connectivity of machine in the network.. If it is connected properly in the network , than check if you have any Antivirus firewall ( Mcafee) blocking access to the printer.. If this is also not the case, re install and install print drivers again

First ping the network printer,
check the network connectivity,
check the printer is offline, if yes, make it online,
check the services of computer, by typing run servicee.exe, if stoped make it on, as computer browsing, tcp/ip etc, restart the PC,
if it is not able to print then install the printer drivers.

Another consideration, if others can print, is to ensure the manager has access to print to the printer. Some printers have the ability to have ACLs added, limiting access to a range of TCP/IP addresses. If running a print server, also check the access to the share. Generally this means making sure the manager is in the correct group, and is NOT in any group that may specifically have "no access" assigned.
