I guess some ppl have mis-interpreted the question..
well anyways acc. 2 me
1- IF p(n)=4000/n
then ans=1%(as solved in above posts)

2- IF p(n)=4000 √n
then,% change=(4000 √n - 4000 √(101n/100))/4000 √n
this will give=(10- √101)/10*100
then instead of calculating,
apply Componendo&divendo thus=(1/(10+ √10))*100
gives answer= .5%

P(N) = 4000 √N.......taking n=16..P(N) = 4000 √16=16000..just assume. increasing n by 1%.....so n=16.16
deb p(n)=4000*
√16.16=16080....dividing 1680=.099=1
so ans is 1
