Towards the end of the Project BA will be supporting the Business Users to write the Training Manuals and the SOP's.

BA guides the End User in
1. Performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
2. Provides Training to the End Users after the product is moved into the production phase.

IBA provides support to the end user in performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and also BA gives training to the end users after the product is moved to the production phase.
