Agra is 4 letter word
Delhi is 5 letter word
Jaipur is 6 letter word
& they are asking for PURI.. which is again 4 letter word, so answer should be same as that of Agra i.e 1310.

Another Answer could possibly be there as i found a Sequence

see

4 letter word Agra=1310--->Sum is 1+3+1+0=5 => 5 letter word is next

5 letter word Delhi=1680--->Sum is 1+6+8+0=15-->Sum is 1+5=6 => 6 letter word is next

6 letter word Jaipur=1230--->sum is 1+2+3+0=6--->means next word should also be of 6 letter

now Going back to Agra...
Assume that the Word before Agra might have some no. which gives sum as that of 4...

or

the word itself can be PURI

& answer can be any no. whose made by digits 0,1,2,3...in all 3 distances given in Question last digit is 0...

so for PURI also it should be 0 at last----------------------(1)

so for PURI its XYZ0 km----------------------------------------(0)

where xyz should be made from 1,2,3...-------------------(2)

x+y+z=4---------------------------------------------------------(3)

now we cannot repeat 0 but we can repeat 1 as done for AGRA....------(4)

Thus 3 cant be used in any case so its Discarded
Reason: No. using 3 can be

by using (1)...all digits at last should be 0.

1230 ---eqn (3) becomes invalid
2200 ---eqn (4) becomes invalid

try other combinations too they will make any of the Above given Eqn invalid

So now we have 1,2,0 digits in which we can repeat 1...& last digit should be 0

1) 1210 kms
2) 2110 kms
3) 1120 kms

according to me Answer Should be 1210 kms..as it some what matches from Distance of Agra.

Hope u Got that Explaination

:D

I am using an new technique to solve it and I hope it is convincing.

AGRA=1310KM it can be calculated as

Sum of the A+G+R+A= 1+7+18+1=27
Total number of letter=26
Total number of letter in the word=4

Therefore : 26*4=104+27=131, then add a 0 to it ...i.e =1310
similarly;

DELHI= 26*5+D+E+L+H+I=   130+28=168= 1680
JAIPUR=26*6+J+A+I+P+U+R=  156+75=231=2310
PURI= 26*4+P+U+R+I=104+64=168=1680

If AGRA=1310 kms, DELHI=1680 kms, JAIPUR=2310 kms, then PURI=?

ANS IS 1310

AGRA = CHARECTER = 4; VALUE = 1310

DELHI = CHARECTER = 5; VALUE = 1680

JAIPUR = CHARECTER = 6; VALUE = 2310 THEN

PURI = CHARECTER = 4; VALUE = 1310
