White Box Testing for coding in C#

I am new to White box testing and would like to know how i could learn to write white box code to give input to the code and get the output from the code to test the functions written by developers. Is there any website or book that would be more helpful to understand the concepts. I have programming knowledge wrt to developing windows based applications, and not too much on Console applications.
