A use case can be created based on the business process study. For example, if the business process is about employee recruitment, then a use case can be drawn to depict the candidate applying for a vacancy, and employer recruits the candidate after a shortlisting. The candidate and employer shall be the actors and job vacancy and shortlisting shall be the system processes.
The use consists of the following,
An ID
Name
Description
Pre conditions
Post conditions
Use case diagram
Basic flow
Alternate flow
Exceptional flow.
