Hey I am just supplementing the previous answer with a little more info (just in case if somebody wants a detailed step by step procedure).

Step1 > code JCL with hold option.
Step2 > submit the job
Step3 > Go to the spool area using SD;ST
Step4 > In the list of jobs use A instead of the '?'

Hi,

U can  give "A" beside the job name in the spool area and press enter
