What is the strength or weakness of document analysis technique to elicit requirements?

RE: Strength/ Weakness of document analysis
A document analyis or conent analysis contains the information of summarizing,qunatitative infrmation ,A PRIORITY DESIGN, reliability ,validity, .and testing and a lot of information ..where all the strengths and weekness are included.

But a requiremnt document contains

Background/History
Scope and objectives
Regulatory requirements
Business level requirements
a) strategical
b)tactical or Interoperability
c)operational
Stake holder and enduser
user requiremnts
functional requirements
Non-functional requirements
Assumptions/Constraints
Risks and dependencies
solution options
Business Glossary
References to Business Rules
References to Business case/Vision
Use case Models

RE: Strength/ Weakness of document analysis
The strength/weakness of any document depends on different factors:-
Such as:-

Strength:-
1 - Material used in doucments should be related to topic.
2 - It should more clear and easily to understand.
3 - Their should be details about services / products,  Target customer, time 
      factors and geographic factor.
4 - Their should clear mention the name / reference which are used while preparing
     the document.

Weakness:-
1 - Printing should be clear.
2 - It should not contain any spelling mistakes.
