There are no madatory User exits in Oracle application Reports.
But for to use multiorg tables better we use Exits
SRW.USER_EXIT( 'FND SRWINIT') use this before report form which will initate all profile values in report
srw.user_exit( 'FND SRWEXIT' ) use this after report form

user exists are to pass profile values likeorg_id in multi_org view.it is not mandatory to pass

There are no mandatory exits. Without using User Exit, we can run the report in Apps.

There are no mandatory User Exits , If business is asking for User Exits then we need to use
SRWINIT and SRWEXIT.
