p_conc_request_id is not mandate parameter in reports until you use USER_EXIST in Report Triggers.

Mandatory parameter in reports P_CONC_REQUEST_ID (to generate the request id for report in SRS ).
Errbuf & Retcode used to know the Status of the request using PL/SQl Programs

There is no mandatory parameters in reports. If you are using User Exits in your report then only we have to pass P_CONC_REQUEST_ID parameter.

There is no fixed mandatory parameter for Oracle reports. Instead it based on how the reports develops. Normally the "Region, Location" can be mandatory.
