High level design (HLD) and Low level design (LLD) are two parts of Designing procedure.
LLDs are design of the individual modules of the project.
HLDs are design of the overall project.
Using these HLDs and LLDs coding of the project is done by the developers.
These are prepared based on the requirements of the client.
For a project there can be only 1 HLD and any no. of LLDs.
