What is the difference between regulator and stabiliser.

by the definition the regulator and the stabiliser is same,depends upon the application both are differs, in the applications we are using the regulator for getting different output(voltage) and the stabiliser for stable output(voltage),it maybe increasing or decreasing.

Cotinuing with earlier answer I want to add something that regulator is nothing but a part of stabiliser.

Regulator : Is a control the current using resistance, u can adjust the power output (min to max).

Stabiliser : Stabiliser is a stable the constant power output depends on rating of a stabiliser
