Load Runner Testing via Citrix

Hi all. I use LR to make test via CITRIX. I wont to sync on text exist in selected windows. Is there any possibility to use besides "text" value , regular expressions ?

For example :
i have window with that text:
" qwe qwe qwe qwe
ble ble ble
press key 3"

i wont to sync only on "press key"

i need to add that this window is every time in different location.

If you have any ide please write it with short example. ( some code )
