In bios,after starting computr it get stored at the address 1 to 80 in main memory.....

In MBR of BootDisk which can be first sector(512 byte) starting from block 0 of disk.

Boot loader is a file which is responsible for loading the windows. it is present in the Hard drive of your computer. As you know the hard drive consist of sectors BOOT LOADER  is stored in 0 kb  portion of the drive.
