By conducting JRP(Joint Requirement Planning) session

In this session we willl invite our SMEs(Subject Matter Experts) so called Business Users/Clients pertaining to all the groups. We will go thru the whole requirements document what we gathered so far, and if they have any conflicts so far on the requirements document they will express it in that sessions, this session will go for 3-6 days depending on the comlexity of the requirements and functionality.

After the session Business Analyst will send out the updated version to all the users for their sign-offs.

I will conduct the Joint Application Development sessions to erase the clients/users conflicting requirements for a project.

JAD(Joint Application Development): This is the management process which helps Information System work well with the users to develop Information Technology solutions that really work.

Purpose: To define the project Design a solution and monitor the project untill it reaches the completion.
